Logistics Coordinator
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure all shipments are on time and in compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory levels and replenishment processes
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve any issues
- Optimize transportation routes and modes to maximize efficiency
- Track and report key metrics to measure logistics performance
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience working in a digital or tech-focused company
- Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and fulfillment processes
- Experience with international logistics and customs procedures
- Continuous improvement mindset and a track record of implementing process enhancements
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 per year
