LPN - School
Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing support services in a school setting located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The ideal candidate will assist in delivering nursing services to students under the supervision of a registered nurse or school health administrator, in accordance with established guidelines and standards of practice.

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred

• Provide direct nursing support under supervision of RN or healthcare administrator
• Document services and maintain accurate health records
• Monitor students with medical needs and respond to health concerns

• Attend trainings and professional development sessions
