Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. * Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding services and general inquiries. * Handle customer requests, forms, and documentation efficiently and accurately. * Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and service requests as needed. * Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure proper data entry into company systems. * Identify and resolve basic customer concerns or escalate issues to management when necessary.
