Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent -- Champion Local Schools
POSITION :
- Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent - Full Time
ASSIGNMENT :
- Champion Board of Education - 260 days per year
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Prior Secretarial Experience, School experience a plus.
- High School Graduate.
- Computer competency in Google Workspace with minimum 60 wpm keyboarding.
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated skill in organizing, typing, and accuracy.
- Competent in written composition skills.
- Professional attitude in dealing with the public at all times.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated standards in ethics and confidentiality.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience with children of all abilities.
- Experience with school EMIS reporting/student enrollment.
- Public Relations experience.
- Experience preparing agendas and minutes.
SALARY :
- Board-approved salary schedule.
START DATE :
- Start date to be determined.
