Real Estate Paralegal or Assistant

Rudnick, Hosek & Pendl Ltd. is seeking a paralegal or assistant to provide support in serving clients in real estate loan processing, as well as title and closing services. This is a full-time position.
The ideal candidate would have real estate processing experience (or experience in a professional environment), possess strong oral and written communication skills, and be detail-oriented with complex matters.

EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
Required:
- high school diploma or GED
- good communication skills, written and verbal
- self-motivated problem solver
- ability to work collaboratively and efficiently
- proficiency with Microsoft Word
Preferred:
- real estate training or experience
- experience working in a professional office setting
- experience with real estate processing software (e.g.: ProForm)
