Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $27 - $27 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Administrative Merchandiser:

• Work under the general direction of the Contract Systems Investigation Manager and provide support
• Able and willing to learn billing systems and administration processes utilizing Kroger and third party systems which include: DemandTec, Business Objects, Online Purchasing
• Communicate frequently with managers, accounting center, divisions, suppliers and brokers
• Provide administrative support, analyzing data and problem-solving assistance toward the total fulfillment of department responsibilities

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• MS Suite Knowledge
• Should know basic email and excel (will be adding pivot tables and columns into the system, please provide Excel testing to confirm ability*)
• Excellent administrative, oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized and able to work independently
• Detail-oriented, good email, typing fast, and willing to learn new systems, and flexible.
• Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time results
• Excel Testing
• Background check and drug screening required
