What You’ll Do:
- Address customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email, prioritizing a positive and satisfying experience
- Use various software tools to access and review customer accounts, researching policies to provide accurate resolutions
- Manage escalated issues with professionalism, patience, and a customer-first approach
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain consistent, high-quality service across all interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and German (speaking, reading, writing)
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office or call center environment
- Proficiency with typing, phone, and computer navigation
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
