Aerial Lineman - Civil Engineering

Responsibilities:
- Plan and kick off new projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and customer safety standards
- Erect utility poles
- Maintain and repair overhead fiber optic infrastructure
- Install new strand and lash fiber
- Install and service down guys, overhead guys, and related supports
- Construct risers and set up snow shoes or slack coils
- Perform tree trimming around utility lines
Skills/Must have:
- Minimum of 1 year of industry experience
- Knowledge of overhead power and communication line installation
- Proficiency with basic hand tools and, if applicable, climbing equipment such as belts and gaffs
- Strong understanding of safety protocols for telecommunication projects
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Valid CDL-A licence highly preferred

Salary:
- $26 - $32 per hour
