As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help lead a compassionate retail team within a hospital gift shop environment, ensuring every guest experience reflects our core values of integrity, empathy, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness.
- Maintain merchandising standards and support sales growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
- Follow visual merchandising and promotional guidelines.
- Uphold operational procedures and company policies.
- Accurately process transactions using POS systems; may handle bank deposits.
- Assist in scheduling, training, and coaching team members.
- Independently open and close the store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum one year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
