We are looking for someone willing to learn and grow with us. Every day you'll be using your strong communication and customer service skills, problem-solving, rapport-building, and time-management talents to help ensure you are providing the best experience for Agents. We are looking for people with a Property and Casualty license, Life and Health license, and series 6 or 26. Experience in selling commercial or Life insurance a plus. • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Teach agents how to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Teach agents how to develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Teach how to develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Teach agents how to prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Develop and maintain agent relationships.
• Show agents how to cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Provides on-going support to insurance agents as needed.
• Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
• Attend training and continuing education courses.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Career minded vision.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
• Series 6 a plus
• Commercial Insurance experience is a plus
