Commercial Processor (Findlay)

We are hiring an entry-level Commercial Processor to join a team supporting carbon and renewable regulatory assurance activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy working with data, following structured processes, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The Commercial Processor role combines data entry, documentation review, and customer/vendor support in a professional office environment. No prior regulatory or energy industry experience is required. Training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Enter, review, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and web-based portals
• Perform quality checks to ensure documentation and data are complete and accurate
• Review and process records such as purchase-related documentation and supplier information
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve missing or incorrect data
• Track and reconcile information using Excel and other internal tools
• Support onboarding of new suppliers or records into internal systems
• Maintain organized documentation and audit-ready records
• Assist with special projects and provide team support as needed
