Yard Hostler 3rd Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Third Shift ( Sunday through Thursday from 11:00pm to 07:00am )

• Move and spot trailers throughout the yard and dock areas.
• Load, unload, and sort freight using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklift (if certified).
• Verify cargo counts, inspect trailer conditions, and complete all required documentation.
• Maintain a clean work environment, including sweeping trailers as needed.
• Conduct daily yard checks and report damages or discrepancies.

Yard Hostler 3rd Shift Qualifications:

• Previous yard, warehouse, or freight-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift or yard-handling equipment (or willingness to train if allowed).
• Must be able to lift, stack, and move freight safely.
• Strong attention to detail for paperwork and cargo verification.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM).
