Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients via calls, emails, in-person meetings, and social platforms
• Conduct consultative meetings to understand business owners’ needs and recommend tailored employee benefits solutions
• Present, negotiate, and close customized insurance strategies that align with client goals
• Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and consistently meet or exceed production targets
• Provide education and ongoing support to clients on their benefit programs
• Partner with internal teams and carriers to deliver comprehensive service and solutions
• Engage in continuous professional development and leadership training

Qualifications

· Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in outbound, prospecting-based sales, preferably in B2B or consultative selling

• A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Resilient, adaptable, and driven to win
• Previous experience in insurance, employee benefits, or HR consulting is a plus
• Ability to obtain insurance license (licensing support is available)
