**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.
+ Help to deter unauthorized activities by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, both inside the facility and along the perimeter.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences within the location.
+ Document all activities, incidents, and observations according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
+ Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address concerns and provide a visible presence throughout the location.
+ Assist with access control procedures, including monitoring entries and exits for personnel, visitors, and deliveries as required by site guidelines.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
+ Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
