Key responsibilities

Team Development & Empowerment

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a team of sales managers and consultants, nurturing their individual strengths and fostering a collaborative environment that celebrates creativity and results.
  • Implement personalized training and coaching programs designed to enhance expertise in niche specialties and cutting-edge sales techniques, leveraging data-driven insights to guide development.

Business Development & Relationship Orchestration

  • Direct efforts to identify and engage with key decision-makers at healthcare organizations, establishing us as the trusted partner for flexible and high-quality locum tenens solutions.
  • Oversee the development and nurturing of exceptional client relationships, ensuring that our staffing solutions are seamlessly integrated and actively contribute to improving patient care and organizational success.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in locum tenens staffing leadership, with a strong emphasis on contract physician and advanced practice provider recruitment.
  • Track Record: Proven success in leading and scaling high-performing sales teams, consistently exceeding revenue targets and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies, translating market insights into actionable plans that drive growth and competitive advantage.
  • People-Centric Leadership: Exceptional skills in mentoring, coaching, and motivating individuals and teams, with a commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of the locum tenens landscape, including staffing models, market trends, and regulatory considerations.
