Marketing and Event Assistant

As a Marketing and Event Assistant at Type Lyfe Talk, you will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing initiatives and coordinating events to enhance the company's visibility. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and digital content.
- Support social media efforts by creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with the online community.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and event setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
Brand Promotion:
- Represent Type Lyfe Talk at events and promotional activities.
- Engage with customers and potential clients to promote the brand and services.
- Distribute marketing materials and gather feedback from event participants.
Data Management:
- Maintain databases of event attendees, clients, and potential leads.
- Collect and analyze data related to marketing and event performance.
- Provide insights for future marketing and event strategies.
Communication:
- Assist in drafting and editing content for marketing materials, emails, and social media.
- Coordinate internal communications related to marketing and event activities.
- Ensure consistent and effective messaging across various channels.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing and events team.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Handle invoices, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or event planning roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
