- Lead high-impact municipal infrastructure projects from the field.
- Work with experienced crews on technically complex concrete structures.
- Utilize modern construction methods, equipment, and field technology.

- Onsite leadership role with direct influence on quality, safety, and schedule.
Knowledge of bridge decks, abutments, piers, box culverts, and roadway structures.
Ability to interpret DOT plans, specifications, and inspection requirements.
Familiarity with concrete testing, placement methods, and curing standards.
Experience using construction technology such as tablets, digital plans, and reporting tools.
Relevant certifications related to concrete, safety, or heavy construction.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
