***COMMISSION ONLY POSITION***
As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will work remotely as an independent contractor, collaborating as part of a dynamic sales team. Your primary focus will be on guiding clients through all Medicare plan options, utilizing custom sales platforms to manage relationships and streamline enrollment. We support your growth by helping you better manage your Book of Business and offering opportunities to expand your expertise and sales leadership potential.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through proactive outreach and networking
- Consult with clients to evaluate Medicare plan options
- Compare and explain various Medicare plans’ benefits and coverage
- Assist clients with enrollment and plan selection processes
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance and regulatory standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term retention
Required Qualifications
- Valid Health Insurance License
- State-specific Life and Health Insurance License
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in insurance sales
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare products and plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail
