What You’ll Need:
✔ A MINIMUM of 1 year of professional caregiving experience (within the last 2 years) OR an active CNA, STNA, MA, ISP.
✔ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
✔ Willing to commute up to 25 miles from your listed address
✔ A caring heart and a dependable work ethic

Skills Needed:

• Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings with a minimum of one year required.
• Knowledge of patient care procedures including vital signs measurement, medication administration, and dementia or Alzheimer’s care.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information.
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory-related conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
• Strong skills in patient observation, monitoring, and responding appropriately to changing needs.
• Competence in basic caregiving tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and assisting with ADLs.
• Physical ability for lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary and working within the scope of home & community care standards.
