What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

Essential Functions You’ll Own

  • Operational Leadership: Lead the daily operations of multiple locations with energy and passion, ensuring the highest standards in service, quality, and compliance. Your positive attitude and hands-on approach will set the tone for your team.
  • Revenue Optimization: Take full control of budgets, P&L, and cost management for each location. Your financial acumen will drive profitability and ensure each Wingstop location is running as efficiently as possible.
  • Developmental Mindset: Your priority is people development – you’ll focus on building, mentoring, and training your team to exceed expectations. You’ll foster an environment of continuous learning where everyone is empowered to achieve their goals.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a dynamic leader with experience in operational leadership , ready to step into a role that will stretch your abilities and offer unlimited potential . You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each Wingstop location runs at its absolute best, from service to quality to compliance. Your experience in revenue optimization will be key to making sure every location is as profitable as possible. But here’s what really matters: You’re people-focused . You know that success isn’t just about numbers – it’s about developing your team, inspiring them to grow, and creating an environment where everyone thrives . If you’re looking for a place where you can lead, learn, and grow , this is your home. You will be expected to be on your feet for up to 10 hours without break and lift up to 50 pounds when needed. You must be able to bend and twist frequently.
