Join Lullaby Infant Club LLC as a Childcare Lead Teacher (Pre-School) in Cleveland Heights, OH! We are looking for a passionate and dedicated educator to inspire and nurture young minds in a warm and engaging environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Lead classroom activities, including arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare or preschool setting.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- State licensing requirements for childcare professionals.
