Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and community engagement activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events and outreach initiatives.
- Support event logistics, scheduling, and operational preparation.
- Help oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
- Welcome attendees and provide support throughout events.
- Monitor event activities to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve event goals and timelines.
- Gather attendee feedback and assist with post-event evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of event activities and outcomes.
- Represent the company professionally during all event-related functions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
