Customer Service Representative
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries—providing support via phone and email, generating quotes, processing orders, and helping to ensure smooth sales operations from start to finish. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our outside sales team, assisting with billing and collections, and helping keep things running efficiently behind the scenes. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
- Process and manage orders, track shipments, and maintain documentation in CRM
- Provide accurate information on pricing, product availability, and lead times
- Monitor open purchase orders and keep customers informed of updates
- Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and following up on past-due accounts
- Support outside sales representatives with administrative and customer-related needs
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or order management systems (Tribute system experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with billing and collections processes
- Experience in industrial distribution or a related industry is a plus

In Office, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM SALARY RANGE
$50,000-$55,000 / year WHAT WE OFFER
