• Commission-based pay (45% per home cleaned)
• Converts to approximately $16–$22/hour , depending on your speed and availability
• Paid weekly
• Bonuses for 5-star reviews, referrals, and going above and beyond

What We’re Looking For:
We’re currently seeking an On-Call Cleaner in the Dayton area — someone ready to jump in when we need extra hands!
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with Serenity Clean. As our schedule grows and you prove your Rockstar skills, you’ll have the chance to take on more regular cleanings and steady work in the future. What You’ll Do

• Learn The Serenity Way — our proven system for delivering 5-star results (we’ll train you!).
• Clean homes thoroughly and with pride — no shortcuts here.
• Follow simple checklists to make sure every space sparkles.
• Drive between homes using your own reliable vehicle.
• Occasionally help clients with extras like laundry, dishes, or organizing — great chances to earn extra tips!

What You’ll Need:

• Your own reliable car
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and always on time
• Positive attitude and strong English-speaking skills (Legal immigrants welcome!)
