Quality Supervisor
- Develop, implement, and maintain the division Quality System in alignment with ISO 9001, NOV-Tuboscope Quality Manual, and corporate objectives.
- Lead, coach, and inspire teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality ownership.
- Provide training on ISO standards, API requirements, SOPs, and customer specifications.
- Oversee QAR investigations to ensure timely resolution, systemic improvements, and closure.
- Serve as liaison with customers, vendors, and external parties on quality matters and system performance.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate audit schedules with corporate QA to evaluate compliance and effectiveness.
- Prepare and present quality system performance metrics, trend analyses, and management review reports.
- Manage supplier quality performance, including audits, evaluations, and corrective actions.
- Revise and control facility-level quality documents and ensure updated distribution.
- Conduct facility process audits and ensure adherence to ISO, API, and customer requirements.
- Maintain calibration programs for all inspection and test equipment, ensuring records and history are properly documented.
- Identify and address training and qualification needs; maintain training records for all quality-related personnel.
- Schedule and prepare annual Quality System Management Reviews, presenting key metrics and improvement initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve non-conformances quickly to maintain customer confidence and product reliability.
- High school diploma or higher; technical or quality-related degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and quality audit processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings and present findings.
- Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods preferred.
- NDT certifications a plus.
