Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are structured to ensure you have regular time with family and personal commitments while driving steady miles.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
• You may take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
• Minimal physical work is required, allowing you to focus on driving and enhancing efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers average between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, depending on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policies, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa.
• All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
