Salary:

SiteWORX is an award winning total site development company located in Lebanon, Ohio. We specialize in mass excavation and underground utilities for large residential, commercial and public projects.

What you will be doing:

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Lead and work with a crew of 3 to 5 team members.
• Oversee a crew performing mass excavation
• Schedule and communicate with inspectors, surveyors, customers, vendors etc.
• Manage and coordinate crew activities ensuring goals are accomplished to meet the schedule and budget.
• Ensure that equipment, tools and supplies are properly managed and maintained.

• Valid drivers license required
• Proficient in reading site construction drawings

Preferred Experience:

• 5 years experience in the site development industry with a focus on mass excavation
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Basic surveying knowledge.
• Knowledge of GPS survey equipment and machine control related to excavation
• Heavy equipment operation experience.
• Previous safety training preferred.
