Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(No evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts)

(RCI) is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a welcoming adult day program setting. You’ll help individuals build skills, independence, and connections within their community.

No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

• Full-time, 1st shift only
• $18.00/hour
• Paid training

Responsibilities:

• Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a day program setting.
• Assist with leisure activities, community inclusion, and relationship building.
• Encourage choice-making, independence, and self-direction.
• Support daily living and personal life skills.
• Assist with meals, personal hygiene, and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with team members to support individual service plans and goals.
• Transport individuals using a company van.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points.
• Ability to pass a background check (paid by RCI).
• Ability to pass a drug screen (paid by RCI).
