Shifts : Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm (Weekday) | Friday–Sunday 6:00am–6:30pm (Weekend)
Pay & benefits : Weekly pay; full benefits begin day one.
What you’ll build- Precision switchgear assemblies that meet exacting specifications.
- Reliable power distribution equipment trusted by customers nationwide.
- Assemble switchgear units from blueprints, diagrams, and standardized work instructions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair assembly discrepancies.
- Drive safety culture participation; attend and contribute to safety meetings.
- Follow standard work to protect quality; promptly raise quality risks.
- Keep work areas orderly and compliant with 5S principles.
- Perform related tasks and support adjacent operations as needed.
- High School Diploma required.
- 0–3 years’ manufacturing experience.
- Previous switchgear exposure is advantageous.
- Proficient with tape measure reading and conversions (fraction↔decimal; metric↔imperial).
- Working knowledge of machines and tools, including design, operation, repair, and maintenance.
- Basic familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
- Safety certifications are a plus.
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal).

- Safety-sensitive position in a temperature-controlled manufacturing/industrial environment; occasional outdoor work.
- Required PPE: safety shoes, hard hats or bump caps, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety harnesses as needed; respirators when required.
- Work from step and A-frame ladders.
- Perform tasks at heights up to ~20 feet using appropriate lift and fall protection equipment.
- Balance and agility while walking, standing, crouching, climbing stairs, or using step ladders.
- Bend at waist and knees; reach/extend arms and hands in any direction.
- Stand and walk continuously.
- Frequent overhead and full-extension arm use.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent use of hand and power tools.
