Front Office Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist/Front Office Greeter. This role requires someone that is outgoing and organized, with an engaging personality to connect with our patients. If you enjoy working closely with others, are quick to follow through with tasks and want to be part of a winning team, we want to meet you!

Qualification Include:

• High School diploma required
• Valid Driver's license
• 2+ years' work experience in dentistry, customer service
• EagleSoft
• Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to be a team player

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the front desk is covered, and the telephone is always answered promptly
• Greets patients when they arrive and check them in for their appointment as well as notify clinical team that patient has arrived
• Assists patients with required forms as needed and obtains patient insurance information
• Inputs new patient information and ensures that all patient records are current
• Schedule appointments as well as handle any appointment changes, cancellations, etc.
• Updates the current day's schedules and advises team members on schedule changes to ensuring that all providers are scheduled to meet or exceed their daily production goals
• Checks voicemail messages and tracks the reasons for the messages
• Meet all job safety requirements and all applicable OSHA safety standards
• Covers other front desk team positions and other areas within the practice as needed.
• Verify insurance policies, submit pre-determinations, and submit claims to insurance companies
• Performs other related duties as required.

Office Hours: M-TH 8am-4pm, F 8am-1pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
