1st or 2nd Shift - Quality Team Lead - Bilingual Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $21.00 to $22.00 /annually
• Various shifts available

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of quality inspectors to achieve daily performance and quality goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and customer requirements.
• Monitor quality metrics, analyze defect trends, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework and enhance efficiency.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and resolve quality issues with urgency and accuracy.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
• Communicate effectively across departments to align teams on quality objectives.

1st or 2nd Shift - Quality Team Lead - Bilingual Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a quality or production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining focus on results. Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and a track record of driving improvements.
