We are an established Toledo law firm (since 1971) serving clients in Ohio, Michigan, and Florida in estate planning, business, and taxation. With 8 attorneys and a close-knit support staff, we’re proud to be in our third generation of leadership—with five attorneys between the ages of 35 and 43 who value collaboration, excellence, and service to families and businesses.

We are looking for a full-time paralegal with experience in:

• Probate estate and trust administration
• Drafting estate planning documents
• Real estate transfers and business formations
• Communicating with clients, courts, banks, and financial institutions
• Managing calendars, case files, and deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2+ years of experience in probate/trust administration
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Confidence making phone calls and speaking with clients and third parties
• Independence, initiative, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Certification or degree in paralegal studies is helpful but not required if you have strong experience

This is an in-office position (not remote). We are open to part-time for the right candidate, but full-time is preferred.
