Position Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for handling service calls and property maintenance repairs across our residential portfolio. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires a strong background in the trades, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls and repairs for residential properties
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Replace and install water tanks, furnaces, and electrical panels
• Handle bathroom/kitchen plumbing repairs , drain clogs, and operate a drain snake
• Pull permits when required and ensure all work meets code compliance
• Accurately track work orders and communicate through AppFolio property management software
• Use Google Sheets and other digital tools to log and manage tasks
• Communicate clearly with tenants, team members, and management
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in residential maintenance or as a service technician
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Comfortable using property management software (AppFolio preferred)
• Must be able to use mobile apps and Google Workspace tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
• Team player with great communication and organizational skills
