18 Wheels USA is seeking dedicated Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our expanding W2 team for Over-the-Road routes. Our operations are concentrated East of the I-35, providing consistent freight and dependable miles. Pay and Benefits

• W2 Employment: Join us as a full-time W2employee.
• Excellent Earning Potential: Weekly pay ranging from $1,300 - $1,600, based on experience and specific role. Convenient weekly direct deposit.

• Professionally operate Class A tractor-trailers in compliance with all DOT regulations.
• Haul dry van loads throughout the Eastern United States, 100% no-touch freight and 70% drop and hook loads.
• Effectively manage routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Accurately maintain electronic logs (ELDs), trip documentation, and vehicle inspection reports (DVIRs).
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, customers, and fellow team members.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and trailer units.

Driver Qualifications

• Must-Haves:
  
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A).
  • Experienced: We consider drivers with 3+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience as experienced.
  • For Trainees: Completion of a CDL school program with a minimum of 120 hours of training is required.
  • A clean driving record (MVR) and (PSP).
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.
