Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Financial Consultants. In this role, you will work with individuals and families to help them build practical financial strategies focused on protection, long-term planning, and asset growth. Consultants are trained to understand client needs, explain available financial solutions, and provide ongoing service and support.

This is a client-focused position suited for individuals who enjoy education-based advising, relationship building, and goal-oriented work.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to review their current financial situation and future goals
• Assist in developing personalized financial strategies, including protection planning and long-term savings approaches
• Educate clients on financial concepts in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner
• Maintain accurate client records and follow industry compliance standards
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on financial products and regulations
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups
• Collaborate with team mentors and leadership for case support and development

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age (licensing requirement)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid Social Security Number (licensing requirement)
• Willing to obtain a state Life & Health insurance license within 60 days (training support provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable learning financial concepts and explaining them to clients
• Background in finance, sales, banking, or customer service is helpful but not required

• Independent contractor (1099) position
