**What You'll Do:**
+ Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk, following site-specific policies and procedures.
+ Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and logging visitor information as required.
+ Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information related to the facility.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management and/or site personnel regarding security-related matters.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
+ Support emergency response activities and assist with evacuation or lockdown procedures as directed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
