Used Car Sales Associate

What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:

● Answer incoming sales calls and handle questions with proven trained

responses, including outgoing phone calls

● Greet customers, vendors, and employees as they enter the building

● Organize and handle all aspects of vehicle presentation & deliveries

● Check insurance, identification, and update systems

● Follow instructions and processes using proper paperwork/digital assets

● Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, trade assessments & more

● Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor

● Turn-over to team leader (sales supervisor) to present financial/cash options.

Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, monthly payments for customer purchases to

lead to customer ownership of a vehicle.

Essential Job Functions:

●Must have a valid drivers license and meet company motor vehicle report standards

● High school education or equivalent

● 1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, restaurant, food service or similar industry

● Excellent written and oral communication skills

● Tablet/PC/Smartphone proficiency

● Meeting new customers and working to build a long term relationship

● Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees,

and assisting customers

● Must have the flexibility of schedule to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
