Mancan is collaborating with a company based in Wooster that is actively seeking Dishwashers to join their team on 2nd shift. This position offers the potential for permanent employment after a successful trial period.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operating effectively in a fast-paced and coordinated environment where teamwork is essential.
- Applying your previous experience in dishwashing to efficiently manage the dish room operations.
- Demonstrating the ability to lift objects weighing up to 50lbs, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assisting in various areas of the kitchen as required, showcasing your versatility and adaptability.
- Carrying out any additional duties assigned by supervisory personnel to contribute to the overall kitchen efficiency.

**Qualifications:**
- Adept at working in a fast-paced and synchronized kitchen setting, where attention to detail and collaboration are crucial.
- Prior experience in managing dishwashing operations, showcasing your familiarity with the responsibilities.
- Capable of handling physical demands, including lifting objects up to 50lbs.
- Willingness to assist in different kitchen areas as needed, displaying your flexibility.
- Ability to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as directed by supervisors.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test, as required by company policy.

**Compensation and Schedule:**
- Hourly wage of $15.
- 2nd shift schedule: 2p-10p must be able to work every other weekend shift
-The work schedule will vary on a rotating shedule
-All workers are expected to work every other weekend to ensure coverage and support the dining hall operations.
