Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential , ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, closing deals, and being rewarded directly for their results.

You’ll handle primarily inbound leads , meet with homeowners, and guide them through our sales process—from first contact to signed contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming leads via phone, web, and email.
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present solutions.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and local outreach.
• Create accurate estimates and proposals using company tools and systems.
• Follow up consistently to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and communicate effectively with the installation team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outside sales, home improvement, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable using tablets, email, and CRM software.
