Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Location: Springfield, OH, United States

Full-time, Off Shift

Twin Resources LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team on 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. shift in Springfield, OH. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is a full-time position on 2nd shift, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical,

- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and machinery remains in good working condition

- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely manner

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work

- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance needs and updates

- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks

- Assist with equipment installations and upgrades as needed

- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance or a related field

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to work on 2nd shift and occasional overtime as needed

- Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus
