Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telemetry nursing and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patient conditions on telemetry.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide patient-centered care.
• Document patient care and responses accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families regarding their conditions and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• Active and valid Ohio RN license or compact state license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate competency assessment to be completed during orientation.
