Looking to hire an Office Manager for an established Audiology practice.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients, patient check-in/out, scheduling, electronic medical claim submissions, invoicing, billing patients, collecting receivables, data entry, daily communication with insurance companies, manage patient records and data, general office tasks, manage on-line schedule, basic book keeping and IT skills required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administration services, including medical insurance billing, ability to prioritize and multi-task, strong organizational skills, good communicator, good people skills, reliable, flexible, a team player, attention to detail, IT skills including knowledge of basic computer programs such as Word and Excel.
