Job Title:Post Doctoral Scholar - Nisonger Center
Department:Health Sciences | Nisonger Center Post Doctoral Researcher to pursue specialized research training, education and experience under the guidance of a scientific mentor in the Nisonger Center in the area of community living and participation of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities; plans, designs and executes qualitative and/or quantitative research projects of considerable scope and complexity in the area of community-engaged disability research; collects and analyzes data for research sponsored by the Administration for Community Living (ACL) and other granting agencies as appropriate to role; identifies and selects problems to be studied in collaboration with colleagues and community advisors; develops and troubleshoots new research techniques and protocols; attends research seminars; contributes to manuscript preparation and supports technical writing; participates in preparation of grant applications for extramural funding; performs additional duties as assigned. Minimum Education And Experience Requirement Doctoral degree in Psychology or a closely related field relevant to intellectual/developmental disabilities required.
