Sales Associate
About The Role
The Sales Associate is responsible for developing and managing all aspects of proposals and management of offers for clients within the business. This role requires a deep understanding of business aviation operations, market dynamics, and client needs. The Sales Associate will collaborate with various departments to ensure that proposals are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting proposals and management offers for business clients.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to tailor proposals that meet specific needs.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and operational teams to compile accurate and competitive proposals.
- Create and maintain a library of standard proposal templates, ensuring consistency and quality across all submissions.
- Develop customized content for each proposal, including executive summaries, service offerings, pricing, and contract terms.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client preferences.
- Provide insights to the sales and management teams on market conditions and competitive positioning.
- Assist in developing pricing strategies and service packages that align with market demands.
- Organize and lead proposal review meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with clients throughout the proposal lifecycle.
- Ensure that all proposals comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with proposal terms and conditions.
- Work closely with the legal department to ensure all contractual elements are accurate and enforceable.
- Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate the input and approval process from various departments, ensuring timely contributions.
- Track and report on proposal outcomes, providing feedback to improve future submissions.
- Review and analyze the success rates of proposals, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of proposal management.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in proposal management tools and techniques.
- Develop and deliver presentations on proposal strategies and market insights to internal teams.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in business aviation is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Portuguese, French, or Spanish will be considered an asset.
