Business Development Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development professional who excels at building strong client connections, meeting clients in person/virtually, and acquiring new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales within the US IT staffing industry and a proven ability to develop long-term partnerships.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in client relationship management and sales .
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into clients .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently meet and present to clients.
- Knowledge of US IT staffing processes and hiring models.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Actively identify and acquire new clients in the US IT staffing market.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person) to understand hiring needs.
- Present and promote staffing services (Contract, C2C, W2, Full-time).
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
