- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Planning, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service to support production flow, resolve issues, and meet customer delivery commitments.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling with logistics providers, processing shipments, and supporting on-time delivery (OTD) performance.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming shipments in Oracle, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions within ERP/MRP systems, including lot tracking, material traceability, and chain-of-custody documentation.
- Manage consumable and raw material inventory levels to support production, including monitoring usage, issuing materials, and ensuring availability of required supplies.
- Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts, physical inventories, WIP audits, and discrepancy investigations.
- Package finished goods in accordance with SOPs and customer requirements, and prepare required shipping documentation (e.g., packing slips).
- Execute daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities to support production schedules and operational priorities.
- Monitor workload and priorities to support efficiency and on-time delivery (OTD) performance.
- Ensure compliance with export control regulations, including proper classification, documentation, handling, storage, and shipment of controlled materials.
- Maintain compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), ISO standards, and customer-specific requirements, support internal and external audits.
- Follow and promote safe material handling practices, including PPE usage and adherence to hazardous material procedures.
- Maintain organized, clean, and efficient warehouse, shipping/receiving areas, and supply crib.
- Troubleshoot logistics and supply chain disruptions, escalating risks that may impact production, inventory accuracy, or customer deliveries.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of work experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, Dynamics, SAP, or similar)
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation, freight coordination, and inventory control
- Prior experience operating a forklift, pallet jack, tow motor, or other similar equipment preferred
- Experience in additive manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, or regulated industries (aerospace, medical, defense)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven record of execution in roles requiring administrative accuracy and close attention to detail
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment to achieve company deadlines efficiently
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced production environments
- Ability to analyze workflow issues and drive process improvements
- Strong computer skills (ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, shipping software)
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, etc. throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
