Schedule: * Monday: 6:00 AM -- 3:30 PM (Priority Payroll Day)

This is a dynamic, "hybrid" administrative role where you will manage critical payroll tasks while supporting the Operations Manager and the warehouse team.

Your Impact: What You'll Do

• Payroll Management: Accurately enter timecards into the system, ensuring hours are charged to the correct jobs. This is time-sensitive and requires 10-key mastery!
• Operations Support: Act as the "right hand" to the Operations Manager, providing high-level administrative assistance.
• Employee Relations: Use your bilingual skills to help employees resolve payroll errors and understand the company attendance policy.
• Office Coordination: Be the "face" of the office---greeting visitors, answering calls, and keeping the lobby professional.
• Event Planning: Help coordinate and plan company meetings and special events.

What You Bring to the Table

• Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST.
• Experience: Background in Payroll, HR Administration, or a high-volume data entry role.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. (AS400 experience is a huge plus!).
• Precision: High accuracy with 10-key and a deep understanding of data confidentiality.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish.
• Reliability: You understand that payroll is time-sensitive and you pride yourself on being dependable.
