Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the efficient operation of our front desk. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming phone calls, greet guests, and handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as necessary.
• Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing documents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
