Positions: Lead Teacher

Location: Springboro, OH

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

Start Date: Immediate Openings

What You'll Do:

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans using the Creative Curriculum
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Use Conscious Discipline techniques to support social-emotional development
• Conduct ASQ screenings and utilize TS GOLD assessments to track and support child progress
• Lead and mentor assistant teachers and support staff
• Communicate effectively with families to support each child’s growth
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and center policies

What We’re Looking For:

• CDA preferred
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare setting is a plus—but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A deep love for children and a commitment to their development
