Healspace LLC and Talbot Health Services provide behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment through a multidisciplinary, patient-centered approach focused on recovery, stabilization, and long-term wellness. We support individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and co-occurring conditions through evidence-based care and compassionate treatment services.

We are expanding our Monroe Street medical team and are currently hiring:

• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
• Registered Nurses (RN)
• Certified Nurse Practitioners (CNP)
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP)

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Candidates with behavioral health, addiction treatment, psychiatric services, MAT, detoxification, outpatient, or recovery experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Summary

Medical team members play an essential role in supporting safe, effective, and compassionate care for individuals receiving behavioral health and substance use treatment services. Responsibilities vary by licensure and scope of practice but focus on patient assessment, medication support, treatment coordination, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting individuals with behavioral health, psychiatric, and co-occurring medical needs.

Documentation and clinical services are expected to meet agency standards, Ohio licensure requirements, OhioMHAS expectations, Medicaid requirements, DEA requirements where applicable, and professional standards of practice.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Complete patient assessments and ongoing clinical monitoring
• Obtain and document vital signs and health information
• Administer medications and treatments according to licensure and provider orders
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication assessments as appropriate by scope
• Develop treatment recommendations and medication plans within scope of practice
• Educate clients regarding medications, treatment plans, and wellness needs
• Coordinate with providers and multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Monitor patient progress and identify changes requiring intervention
• Complete documentation accurately and within required timelines
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care planning activities
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards

Minimum Qualifications

LPN Requirements

• Active Ohio LPN license in good standing required

RN Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license in good standing required

CNP Requirements

• Active Ohio APRN and CNP licensure required
• Prescriptive authority required
• DEA registration required where applicable

PMHNP Requirements

• Active Ohio PMHNP licensure required
• DEA registration required
• Behavioral health and psychopharmacology experience strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within behavioral health, addiction treatment, MAT, detoxification, residential, or outpatient treatment settings
• Experience working with co-occurring populations
• Experience within OhioMHAS-certified programs preferred
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
• Electronic health record experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
